This website has been set up by Tweedgreen, the Peebles-based environmental group, and is funded by the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund.
Tweedgreen decided on this project in response to the huge number of single occupant cars travelling to the Tweed Valley with mountain bikes on their roof or rack. Their survey at Glentress showed that 75% of those asked would be happy to use an mtb-specific liftsharing website.
